I have heard U*U clergy suggest that ALL U*U ministers are temporary ministers and it is only the duration of their temporariness that varies. I wonder what percentage of U*U ministers stay with one U*U congregation much longer than a decade?

I've heard that 7 years is kind of an average--which I don't think is out of the ordinary across denominations.
